How to make myself look like even more of a nerd:

I want to take my HP Velotechnik Streetmachine with Streamer fairing and add a partial body sock to it for cold/wet weather riding. The original bike looks something like this picture from the HP Velotechnik website (except that I do NOT have a tail-box):

....and I want to make it look something like this!

I will probably build a small support structure on the rack behind the seat, and use velcro to attach the fabric to the Streamer. On second thought, I might just get a poncho to attach to the fairing and drape it around me and the seat. Simply wearing a poncho would get far too hot.
